Airpark Collision Center Lifetime Limited Warranty
At Airpark Collision Center, our goal is to provide quality collision repair services and excellent customer service. With that in mind, we hereby offer the following Limited Warranty.
Our Repair Warranty
We certify the repairs to be free of defects in workmanship, and they are warranted for as long as the current vehicle owner/lessee herein referenced owns or leases the repaired vehicle.
The Airpark Collision Center Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to all repairs preformed by this facility, as well as repairs sublet by this facility to third - party providers. If a defect in workmanship is noted or observed, we will remedy such defect(s) in workmanship by re-pairing, re-painting, or re-finishing the specific defective components, parts, sections, or repair operations at no charge to you.
Parts Warranty
The parts and materials we use to repair your vehicle will be covered to the extent of any warranty or guarantee provided by the respective parts suppliers and/or manufacturers.
Claims Process
In order to make a claim under this Lifetime Limited Warranty, the vehicle owner/lessee referenced herein should, where reasonable, return the vehicle and/or contact Airpark Collision Center. At this time Airpark Collision Center will investigate the claimed defect and use this opportunity to correct the condition.
Airpark Collision Center will not reimburse you for remedial repairs performed by you or another provider with out our prior approval. Presentation of this certificate at the time of the claim will expedite the process.
Exclusions and Disclaimers
This Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to the work we have performed or subject to third - party providers. The following are specifically excluded from coverage under the Airpark Collision Center Lifetime Limited Warranty:
• Pre-existing vehicle conditions and pre-accident damage;
• Conditions arising out of abuse or misuse of the vehicle;
• Results of negligence in the operation, maintenance, or care of the vehicle;
• Conditions resulting from subsequent accidents, damage, or repairs;
• Metal corrosion not related to defective workmanship;
• Scratches, dings, and stone chips that may occur from regular driving;
